iMovieTool provides new users with a 30-day free trial. The free trial version includes all features, it only has a length limitation. It only allows you to download the first 6 minutes of each video. To enjoy full download features, you need to purchase a license. Before purchasing, you can download its free trail to test software compatibility with your OS. Once the order is completed, your refund will be approved only under the accepted circumstances. You have 30 days to test the software before deciding to purchase it. Therefore, you'd better read the product description or test it before purchasing to confirm whether the software meets your needs. Refunds are denied if dissatisfaction stems from not reviewing product descriptions or testing the trial.

You claimed that you did not receive the verification activation code, but did not check your spam/promotional email folder for the verification code. You entered an incorrect email address but failed to contact support for a correction. You waited weeks/months to report the issue, exceeding the refund window. In this case, you should contact us for assistance. Refunds are denied if you didn't seek assistance from iMovieTool's Support Team.

You purchased the alleged "wrong" product from iMovieTool and the "right" product elsewhere, but you didn't request a refund/exchange from iMovieTool within the applicable refund date. Refunds are denied unless you contacted support for an exchange during the refund window.

You requested a refund but you refused to provide error logs, screenshots, or system details. Or, you ignored troubleshooting steps provided by the support team.
